We present some of digestive diseases: achalazia, esophageal diverticula and esophageal fistula, which in their evolution determine respiratory symptoms: dispnea, cough and imitate until confusion respiratory diseases. The diagnosis is most of the time difficult and it needs special investigations. A better knowledge of these diseases it helps us to avoid mistakes in diagnosis.
