Impact of policies at point of sales on tobacco at the youngs. In a concerted policy to tobacco control nothing noteworthy. However, point of sales and distributors of tobacco products have escaped the rigors of the law. In this article are analyzed the consequences of the absence of ban advertising at the level of distributors and retailers and exposed how to break this vicious circle.
